ORDER PROCESSING

The Website registers orders from Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. All requests are handled during these hours. The order shall only be deemed to have been processed once payment for the order has been registered. Orders placed and processed cannot be changed. However, if the goods have not yet been dispatched, a change request can be made by emailing infoshop@vivetta.com, which reserves the right to decide upon the matter independently. Chimera Gold S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that PayPal is unable to receive verification from the Customer's bank. Chimera Gold S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.

SHIPPING

Products that are available in the warehouse shall normally be delivered in the shortest possible time:

  • in Italy, within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
  • in EU countries other than Italy and in other countries, within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
  • Shipment cannot currently be made to Russia.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of public holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01.

Delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialist forwarding agents, with appropriate packaging to the recipient's address specified by the Customer. The delivery terms specified above refer to the products present in its warehouses and are not binding for Chimera Gold S.r.l., which may subsequently confirm or modify them according to its own needs.

Shipping is free throughout Europe. For shipments outside of Europe, a shipping fee of €45 applies. All shipping costs are DAP (delivered at place). Therefore, any customs charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient shall check that the Products correspond, also in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that, in the event of discrepancies between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing for the delivery. The packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature, or if there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to contact the shipper immediately.

Chimera Gold S.r.l. is not responsible for missing or stolen/damaged shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reservation. If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial agreement, the package may be returned to the sender. These amounts shall be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured. This cover lapses upon delivery.
